Wade and I did it! We left the baby with his grandparents for a much needed vacation. Someone said that this shouldn't have been considered a vacation, but for us it was! It was so nice to get out and enjoy some of the summer - something we haven't done since we went out there LAST year at this time. (I found out I was pregnant just a few weeks later.) Even though we missed Austin terribly, we had a blast!
When we came home, Austin was talking and babbling non-stop. Like he thought he was really talking! It was so cute! I'll get some on video this week for sure.
Wade's finger was black because he was helping with fireworks... and I was trying to keep that away from me!
